This position primarily supports passengers who may need wheelchair assistance, mobility support, or other special services. Please describe any experience you have providing face-to-face customer service with patience, professionalism, and empathy.

This role may require frequent walking, standing, pushing wheelchairs, and assisting with baggage up to 70 lbs., with assistance or reasonable accommodation as needed. Are you able to perform these essential functions?

When there are no active special service requests, this position may be assigned to support aircraft cabin cleaning and preparation. Are you willing to be cross-trained and assist with aircraft services when needed?

Airport operations can be fast-paced and time-sensitive. Please share an example of how you handled a stressful customer or passenger situation while remaining calm and professional.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, including a SIDA badge, which may require fingerprinting, identity verification, and a background check in accordance with airport, TSA, and company requirements.
