COMPUTER TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with employees to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of networks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Document and maintain records of hardware and software configurations.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
-Ability to work fulltime.
Education and Certifications:
- Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
