HVAC General Manager in the US Territory of Guam

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who a high-functioning individual, a person who works with urgency, a person with a passion for accomplishment and is committed to success. This is for the Position of General Manager of a well-established HVAC Company in the US Territory of Guam. HVAC knowledge and background is a plus but not absolutely required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
• Monitor and understand financial information and performance, 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Contractors and Customers, Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers, HVAC related venders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the company, opportunities for improvement in current SOP and implement best practices.
• Report to the company's executive team and provide regular updates on business performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial principles, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High-functioning individual with a sense of urgency and commitment to job success.
• Strong business-to-consumer sales pedigree.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and services a plus
