JWS Refrigeration has an immediate opening for Service Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE SUMMARY

The Service Advisor collaborates closely with installs, repair and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration system and commercial food service equipment to ensure customer loyalty while achieving departmental goals and objectives. The Service Advisor communicates directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise HVAC/R maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite 
• Monitor the Service Dispatcher on scheduling and provide technical support for HVAC technicians to ensure timely and smooth installations and preventive maintenance and/or repairs
• Coordinate with the Sales Department on installation proposals 
• Site inspection on projects and meeting with customers as needed
• Validate timesheets for payroll
• Review and submit all work orders for approval
• Ensure the smooth and timely response to service calls and customer service requests
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly scheduling as assigned by the Dispatcher
• Assist in monitoring all warranties within the company
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations

 Qualifications:

• Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft office)
• Highly Organized and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• HVAC knowledge and/or experience a plus
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver`s license
