CENTURY 21 REALTY MANAGEMENT is searching for our “LUCKY #7” Property Manager! We are a family-owned business “BRINGING PEOPLE & PLACES TOGETHER” for the past 41 years & counting. Prior to the pandemic, we were a small business of 12, and since, we've grown to a whopping 20 person medium-sized business & counting. “Sky's the limit!”

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM):

You'll be responsible for managing  the daily operations of homeowner associations & residential properties.
This involves, but is not limited to:

• communicating effectively with Boards of Directors, homeowners, tenants & contractors,
• inspecting properties & reporting to respective parties,
• collecting bids/quotes for repairs & maintenance, hiring contractors once approved and coordinating & overseeing work,
• enforcing house rules, and
• monitoring and enforcing leases

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven history of long-term employment in previous jobs
• Reliable means of transportation & a valid Driver's License
• Solid written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service & time management skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
