Currently, we are looking to fill the position of

SERVICE BILLER (Full Time)

The Service Biller is responsible for reviewing and processing all repair orders, parts, labor and sublet billing for the Service department and assisting in the warranty claims process. Additional duties include answering Service customers` inquiries, scheduling Service appointments, scheduling Sales appointments for tint/accessory installations, facilitating New/Used Car delivery documents, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • At least 1 year accounting experience, AND
  • Must have a valid driver`s license and good driving record.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office applications.
  • Type accurately with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Present a professional personal appearance and able to work well with the public.
  • Attentive, organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Use good judgment, exercise discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Punctual and presentable on a daily basis.
