As a member of the Baker International Cargo Handling team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing freight for several Airline Carriers located at the Air Cargo Facility in Tiyan.

Responsibilities

• Reads air waybill, bills of landing, or freight manifest to determine the items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Transports freight from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas with forklift or pallet jacks
• Sorts and places cargo or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to consignee or destination
• Sorts and stores dangerous goods in a designated area
• Records counts of items received or distributed
• Weighs and counts items for distribution within warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards and air waybill
• Performs cargo build-up and/or breakdowns, freight to and/or from skid, pallets or ULDs
• Ensures that work areas are clean and hazard free
• Must follow all Security procedures as required

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Pass FBI background and TSA checks
• Must be available and flexible to work day, night and graveyard shifts including weekends and holidays
