General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the entire company's operation. Operations include multiple drive through coffee retails establishments and warehouse operations.

  • Oversee location managers
  • Manage and approve staff payroll hours
  • Sales – POS maintenance & management
  • Maintain and improve vendors /supplier relationships
  • Oversee warehouse operations
  • Oversee maintenance for all stores.
  • Manage government required certifications and registrations
  • Manage human resources
  • Marketing - work with marketing team on promotions

Successful candidates should have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • AA or Bachelor’s in business (or equivalent work experience) preferred but not necessary.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in excel
  • Ability to analysis financial statements
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to works with entry level employees.
  • Able to multi-task and have attention to detail
