Be a part of the progressive REALTORS® Association’s staff team. Qualified candidate is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the effective conduct of affairs of the GUAM ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
Job Duties: Recommends, and participates in enforcing the Association’s mission, goals, objectives and related policies as well as provides support to staff of all levels and members.
Basic functions include managing multi-phone system and walk-in traffic, maintaining proper record keeping of all files, manages integrity of the associations’ database systems, composes correspondences, assist with coordination of weekly billings, monitor inventory and ordering supplies, event and meeting preparation, and performs other duties as assigned.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook, able to operate other office equipment. Knowledge in QuickBooks, various social media platforms, visual design a plus. Strong organizational skills, superior communication and customer service skills; previous work experience in the administrative field is preferred but will train. Looking for FT or PT. Pay will be based on experience.
