We are looking for experienced associates or associates with some related office work experience in Tax Preparation, Accounting, Payroll, Bookkeeping, or Administrative Skills.  We are currently looking for associates who are available to work as soon as hired or within two weeks from date of hire. 

Looking for Full Time Permanent Position? 

We are looking for Full-time Permanent Positions with health and group term life insurance benefits, and with paid time off after six months probation and other employee benefits that starts immediately upon hire: holiday pay and bonus pay.  

Looking for Part-Time or Temporary Employment? 

We are looking to hire qualified or with office experience Tax Administrative Assistants, Full-time or Part time positions available.  Benefits are company paid holidays and bonus at the end of the Tax Season Term.  Temporary positions will be able to work for up to six months depending company needs.

Responsibilities for the Tax Administrative Assistant Position

  • Assemble & processing tax returns and payroll checks on a timely basis, prepare extensions, etc.
    Ensure timely filing of tax returns, assigned extensions, GRTS, payroll taxes, and miscellaneous forms
    Receiving, organizing, scanning, filing tax documents
    Miscellaneous and assigned administrative tasks (scanning, filing, word processing)
    Provide assistance and administrative support to Tax Department 
    Assist other members of the administrative team, as needed

Many Tax Administrative Assistants are in an integral part of our daily operations. They help assist clients and manager in finalizing tax returns, managing clients information and communications,  doing follow up calls to clients, answer and assist clients calls and greet clients or walk-ins in a professional & friendly manner, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan and receive documents and sort incoming documents in person or through emails, and perform other tasks that contribute to the function of the office.

Requirements for the Tax Administrative Assistant Position

  • Knowledge of office equipment use and computer competencies with excellent data entry skills
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information at all times
  • Seeking qualified individuals who have experience in tax, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative work experience individuals using QuickBooks is a Plus
  • Can Type 35+ WPM
  • Good math and accuracy finding skills, spot numerical and typing errors efficiently
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, & a plus if you have experience with any Tax, Payroll, and/or Bookkeeping or Accounting Software
  • Have a valid driver's license and can run errands with personal vehicle, gas reimbursement provided
  • A plus if you hold a Certificate or Degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • Notary Public is a plus
  • Must be fully vaccinated and must follow company policies on how to protect employees and clients at all times.
