Admin/Clerical Assistant

Description:

Position responsible to:
·      Perform a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of various maintenance departments (Janitorial, floor care, grounds, technical services)
·      Coordinate and communicate work requests from existing and prospective customers for various services
·      Develop daily work schedules and monitor same to ensure customers’ requirements are met; make any necessary changes to work schedule as required
·      Answer customer inquiries and concerns by phone and/or electronic media
·      Maintain up to date files, records and correspondence on customers and vendors
·      Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up
·      Administer time keeping requirement of staff within assigned work center and assist in the bi-weekly processing of employees’ payroll
 
Qualified candidates:
·      Must be able to communicate in English both orally and in writing
·      Must have excellent customer service skills
·      Must be computer literate and proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products, e..g., word, excel
·      Must have a current Guam Driver’s License
