Service Admin Assistant

Morrico Equipment LLC, an Employee Owned Company, is a leader in heavy equipment sales, rental and service. Morrico represents over 20 manufacturers and has over 200 machines in its rental fleet.

The Service Admin Assistant's job duty is to coordinate services for the company's rental equipment fleet.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of service orders for rental equipment  fleet
  • Schedule service, inspection and repair of rental equipment 
  • Coordinate and maintain service records for equipment
  • Maintain accuracy of labor hours on service orders
  • Invoice service orders

Candidate must be honest, computer literate, well organized, have good attendance history, excellent communication skills and problem solving skills. Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints.
