  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience installing and supporting computer and network hardware.
  • Proficiency on Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proficiency in computer Networking.
  • Strong Analytical and Technical Skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on-call for 24/7 Support contracts.
  • Experience in F&B/Retail POS systems a plus.
