To support and maintain an efficient, effective, and organized department by providing administrative support duties to the Operations Manager, to include receiving incoming calls, emails, fax, data entry,research, filing, scheduling, correspondence and other duties as needed or assigned.
Receive and direct incoming calls
Assist customers with their inquiries
Assist with preparing a quotation, sales documents and service contracts
Assist with preparation and update of driver daily schedule
Assist drivers with training on use of laptop and eBS Software
Maintain monthly scheduler file for Trashco, Diesel and Transport
Maintain and update customers and vendors records
Maintain Drivers, Fleet Trucks, Training files and tracking of renewals
Maintain and organize the department files, policies and procedures
Review all dockets and documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare all invoices
Research, filing, document preparation as directed
Maintain department supplies
Minimum 2 years experience
Ability to multitask with superb accuracy
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Office program
Excellent written and verbal skills
High School Graduate
