POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: PRINCIPAL, ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The Office of Catholic Education of the Archdiocese of Agaña announces an opening for the position of Elementary Principal. The principal of any Catholic school in our Archdiocese is the spiritual, academic, and operations leader of the school. The principal is responsible for ensuring the effective and faith-based development of the minds and hearts of the students in grades PreK – 8th grade. The principal also maintains positive working relationships with the students’ families, the alumni of the school, and various parish communities.
The minimum qualification for the principal is a bachelor’s degree in education, an academic subject, or in religion. Preference is for candidates with a master’s degree. The candidate should have at least five (5) years of classroom teaching experience. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s education and experience.
