The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for the collection activities in the store. The Assistant Manager also assists the Store Manager in duties required in the day to day operation of the store. Directs and coordinates collection and call activities of Route Managers. Recommends duties associated with the collections of non-paying customers. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and perform under pressure.
Job Duties Include:
Train, audit, and supervise activities of Route Managers and Rental Reps. Daily store operations including building, inventory and vehicle maintenance. Maintain monthly/weekly collection and sales goals. Collection calls and telemarketing. Collect and input rental payments including field payments.
