Full-Time Admin/Office Assistant & Receptionist needed to answer the phone and greet clients in a busy real estate company. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Drive, cloud-base system, office equipment such as scanner/printer. Job duties include data entry and filing. Social media skill is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, have great organizational skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and great customer service skills. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Must have a high school diploma or GED. College graduate preferred.
