The customer service representative interacts with customers on behalf of the company (INSURANCE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED).
This position will work with customers to handle their insurance needs i.e; auto and home insurance quoting, placing, and renewing.
They are responsible to offer information to customers when assigning insurance policies.
They will handle paperwork, answer phone calls and update insurance records and insurance information.
