We have a TEMPORARY position available to fill the role of a Branch Support Specialist to cover for a period of six (6) months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide quality, customer service to internal and external customers;
Responsible for processing routine work in a prioritized order and to ensure that work is completed within prescribed deadline;
Completes related reports and records and maintain files;
Specific responsibility for providing operational and technical support to the branches processing items in accordance with established brancgh capture systems and procedures;
Has specific responsibility for processing all interoffice mail, income/outgoing mailroom activities which involves the operation of the bank's vehicle and the daily/monthly statement preparation for checking and savings accounts;
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Performs other duties as required.
