Job Details

We are hiring 20+ workers for a solar construction crew at a solar power construction project in Yona, Guam. No experience is required.

Work includes carrying solar panels (about 85 lbs each) with a partner and placing them on the mounting structures, assembling steel mounting structures and tightening and checking bolts with hand tools, power tools and torque wrenches, and moving and organizing panels and other materials on site.

Requirements: at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., a valid photo ID, a working cell phone, and reliable transportation to the job site in Yona. Must be able to carry heavy panels with a partner and work outdoors all day.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, paid every two weeks. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Pay rate will be discussed when you contact us.

Before starting work, all workers must complete the site safety orientation.
