The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will implement and manage the Quality Control program and serve as the Level II Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)

• The QCM must be familiar with requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1 and possess experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• The QCM must have completed the CQM for Contractors course or with ability to obtain course certification within a required period of a contract.
• The QCM must perform the three phases of control, perform submitted review, ensure testing is performed and prepare QC Certification and documentation required in a contract.
• The QCM must posses at least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science
• Ten years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager or Project Engineer on similar size and type construction contracts which included the major trades with at least five years` experience as a QC Manager is preferred.
