Micronesian Brokers, Inc., a division of Jones & Guerrero Company, Inc., is a market-leading FMCG distribution company seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute high-impact sales initiatives, expand market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth across a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
• Performance Management: Oversee route-to-market execution and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Customer Relationship Management: Perform duties as outlined in the advertisement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field a plus. 
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role. 
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, as well as retail and foodservice dynamics. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
