Job Details

Job Duties:

• Coordinate equipment rental operations, including scheduling and coordinating rentals and returns, clearing incoming shipments, and container pickup at the Port.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about available equipment and rental options.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for equipment rentals, including processing payments and preparing invoices.
• Maintain detailed records of all equipment, including availability, maintenance history, and rental history.
• Perform regular inventory checks and order new equipment as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient equipment rental operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment rental operations or a related field
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
