About the Role:

Pacific Waste Systems (PWS) is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Driver to operate our waste collection trucks and provide reliable service to our residential and commercial customers across the island.

As a PWS Driver, you`ll be on the front lines of helping our community stay clean, healthy, and sustainable. This is more than just a driving job—it`s a vital public service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate collection vehicles safely along designated routes
• Pick up trash, recycling, and/or green waste from customers
• Ensure proper loading, securement, and disposal of waste materials
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain basic truck cleanliness
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and report issues promptly
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
• Uphold all safety, environmental, and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Guam Commercial Driver`s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record with strong safety habits
• Able to lift and handle heavy waste containers (50+ lbs)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work long hours, including Saturdays and some holidays.
• Previous waste industry or commercial driving experience preferred but not required
