Office Clerk

DLM Services is looking to hire Seasonal Office Clerks for the upcoming Tax Season 2025. An office clerk who is detail-oriented, fast learner, multitasker, ability to maintain confidentiality, and has experience in customer service. In the role of an Office Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist with incoming inquiries, and initial process of gathering documents and vital information for their tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients
  • Intake clients
  • Collecting documents
  • Performing accurate data entry into our record management software
  • Assisting with in-house questionnaires and in-house forms must be filled out correctly
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Phone Operator
  • Answering phone calls
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Directing/Transferring calls
  • Proactively following up with clients to ensure all necessary information has been received

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software/database systems
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Title

Payroll Clerk

DLM Services is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Assistant. This position requires strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
  • Prepare reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, etc.
  • Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
  • Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for specific due dates for Guam Rev & Tax and IRS (i.e. FICA, FIT, & more)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year experience in payroll
  • Computer Proficiency: must be able to use word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and ability to multitask
  • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
