Description:

Advance Management, Inc. is seeking a full time administrative and property management assistant.

Position responsible to: 

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions in the office with an emphasis on accounts payables. 
  • Assist the Property Management department with various tasks such as running errands, taking property photos, conducting property inspections, etc.

Qualified candidates:

  • Must be able to communicate in English both orally and in writing
  • Must be available to work half days on Saturdays and occasional holidays (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products, e..g., word, excel
