Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Hotel Sales Associate to join our team in Guam. The role focuses on supporting hotel sales operations, building relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel`s rooms, facilities, and services to achieve sales targets and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the hotel`s rooms, meeting spaces, and other services to potential clients and organizations.
• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with clients to close sales and maintain good relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, etc.) to ensure smooth event and guest arrangements.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, site inspections, and promotional events.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor`s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or customer service (hospitality background is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in Guam.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
