Position Summary

We are hiring General Laborers with hands-on experience in mechanical construction. This is a temporary/part-time role supporting our field installation and service teams on job sites throughout Guam. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and be willing to perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradesmen with mechanical installation of HVAC, refrigeration, ductwork, piping, and equipment
• Carry, load, and unload tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting insulation, hanging ductwork, and setting pipe supports
• Support job site setup and clean-up, including debris removal and material staging
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
• Work under the direction of Leadman or Foreman to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Take part in training and on-the-job learning to grow technical skills in HVAC and mechanical construction

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of general labor or mechanical construction experience preferred
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in hot/humid conditions
• Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Guam

Compensation

• $16.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime may apply depending on project needs

Opportunity for full-time or project-based extensions based on performance.
