As a Child Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a childcare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children under your care.

Duties

• Develop and implement programs that align with the educational needs of children
• Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues
• Manage the budget and financial aspects of the childcare center
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and staff performance

Skills

• Strong background in education or education administration
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Knowledge of higher education teaching principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
• University degree in a related field is preferred

Applicants must be a certified Ealy Childhood Level 3 Mater Provider with 2 years experience as a Director or Assistant Director. Final compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
