CONSTRUCTION LEADMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Construction Leadman to join our team at JWS Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Ltd. One who will oversee and coordinate plumbing and mechanical work on construction projects. To lead a team, ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely, while adhering to blueprints, and industry standards. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and coordinate a team of workers, ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules, coordinate with other trades, and manage project logistics.
• Monitor work quality and ensure it meets project standards.
• Address issues that arise during the project and find solutions.
• Enforcing safety regulations and practices on the job site. 
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• To guide and oversee apprenticeship workers. 
• Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials, and safety issues. 

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Required:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction
• Able to read and understand plumbing diagrams, drawings, and blueprints.
• Certifications

Preferred:

• Experience in Plumbing is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
