The Guam Association of REALTORS® is looking for a friendly, organized, and service oriented Front Desk and Member Support Specialist to join our team! As the first point of contact for members and visitors, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment. If you enjoy helping others, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a mission-driven organization that supports real estate professionals, we`d love to hear from you!
Position Highlights:
• Full-time, in-person role
• Provide top-notch support to members and staff
• Help coordinate events, classes, and meetings
• Be the welcoming face of the association
What We're Looking For:
• 1–2 years of customer service or admin experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a professional, friendly attitude
• Tech savvy and familiar with using social media
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) a must!
