Immediate opening for Full-Time Architectural Staff 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
• Degree in Architecture with 2 years` experience in an architectural firm
• Effective communication skills and must be able to work well with others
• Eagerness to grow and collaborate in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Skilled in preparing design and construction drawings
• Organized, with attention to details

Please note in your resume if you have any of the following additional qualifications:

• Proficiency in REVIT, Sketchup, or other 3D modeling software
• Experienced with building codes and zoning regulations analysis
• Skilled in preparing specifications
• Experienced in design coordination with engineering systems
• Experienced in project management overseeing design development
• Experienced in project management overseeing construction administration
• Strong decision-making skills and solution driven
• Architecture License (RA)
