PROPERTY MANAGER

Full-Time Career Opportunity

C21REMCO is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential & commercial properties while maintaining strong communication with tenants, homeowners, & stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage residential & commercial properties.
• Ensure timely collection of rent & other payments.
• Build & maintain relationships with homeowners, tenants, & boards of directors.
• Coordinate & oversee maintenance requests.
• Enforce lease agreements & ensure properties are well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Commitment: Proven history of long-term employment.
• Transportation: Reliable means of getting to & from work.
• Experience: No prior property management or administrative experience required—we will train the right candidate!
• Skills:
  • Eager to learn & grow with us.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service & time management.
  • Strong ethical standards—references required.
