Job Details

Expediter Requirements:

• Must have a valid Guam Drivers License with a good Traffic Record
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely while abiding with all Guam laws
• Must have proficient communication, reading and writing skills
• Must be reliable with good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have strong work ethics with the ability to work efficiently and with accuracy 
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

The primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Obtain and clear shipping documents through the respective Carriers and Agencies
• Assist with the collection and distribution of documents
• Provide support to Dispatch by inputting transactions for pending clearances and deliveries
• Maintain Daily Records of pending clearances and deliveries
• Perform fact checks and be able to resolve discrepancies with shipping documents
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, data entry, mailing, answering phones and radios, as well as other duties assigned
• No experience required. Training will be provided.
