ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our company is seeking an individual that has a knowledge of and responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company`s general administrative activities. 

  • To manage administrative functions, including assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and analyze marketing research and keep track of and balance marketing budgets.  Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed marketing reports and forecasts.   To succeed in this role, the individual should also have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team.

Ultimately, the individual should be able to ensure our administrative management is accurate and effective.

The position requires excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and detail-oriented individual.  Accuracy, reliability, and self –motivation a must.   

At least three (3) years ‘experience in administrative and or related fields.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Investigate the performance of a company`s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Exceptional writing, research and communication skills
    -Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies, including social media
    -Strong Analytical Skills
    -Creativity and adaptability
    -Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, Google Analytics
