We are looking for an experienced  Payroll Administrator to process and manage the company`s payroll and handle all HR issues. As a payroll administrator must have extensive knowledge with QuickBooks and Excel. Accuracy and efficiency are required. You must be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. You also must have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives.

The goal is to ensure the accuracy of the data entries and each personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner. List of payroll/human resource responsibility.

Preparing and inputting payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll

Knowledge of Quickbooks payroll module is a must

Managing the day-to-day operations of payroll administration, time reporting, taxes and garnishments

Ensuring the accuracy of all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions

Creating and maintaining employees` payroll records

Calculating wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records

Entering payroll information into central system for processing

Issuing employees` checks/direct deposit and earnings summaries

Screening, conducting interviews, appointing and dismissing staff

Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors

Monthly, quarterly and yearly tax and report filings

Preparation of W-2`s

401K weekly and annual reporting

Prepare reports for upper management, finance department

Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

Finding, hiring, and supporting new employees

Review resumes, keeping track of employee information

Ensures company complies with labor laws and employment standards.

Oversee policies, improve employee retention

Motivate staff

Ensure all company HR policies are maintain

Investigate employee issues and conflicts

Create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
