About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to oversee the company`s daily operations on-island. This position serves as the local operational leader while working under the direct supervision of the Executive General Manager (remote), who retains overall executive oversight.

The GM will manage department heads and staff, ensure operational efficiency, uphold company standards, and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
• Implement company policies and directives set by the Executive GM.
• Supervise staff, manage performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and job costing within delegated authority.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and regulators.
• Provide timely reports and updates to the Executive GM and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
• Industry experience in [insert industry – e.g., HVACR, service, or construction] is a plus.
