The Guam Association of REALTORS® is looking for a friendly, organized, and service oriented Front Office and Member Support Specialist to join our team! As the first point of contact for members and visitors, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment.  Position Highlights

• Full-time, in-person role where no two days look the same
• Be at the heart of the action, supporting our members and visitors
• Help bring events, classes, and meetings to life—from planning to execution
• Serve as the first smile and friendly voice our members see and hear

 What We`re Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• A great communicator with a sharp eye for details
• A team player who`s professional, positive, and people-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media and digital tools
• Confident using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)—this is a must!
