Bachelor's degree in related field. Significant work-related experience performing similar duties to those outlined below. Experience in areas such as developing and managing capture strategies for new project opportunities. Knowledge of the AEC industry and familiarity with government or institutional procurement procedures.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to develop strong relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong writing and presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented and organized in work with the ability to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
Guidance/Responsibility
Ability to work independently and make decisions. Receives direction from and reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Client Solutions.

Non-supervisory role.
