CBRE Government & Defense - - Responsibilities: Check and approve building plans and inspect initial building construction to ensure adherence to contract specifications and codes; Conduct interior and exterior inspections; assess structural quality and safety; inspect plumbing and electrical systems for code compliance; Document and report on code violations and suggest corrective actions to bring buildings up to code; Maintain logs and inspection reports, including photographs; Issue violation notices and stop-work orders until buildings are compliant
