[Collections / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $25-hr / Flexible schedule / Health-Dental-Vision-Life / 401(k) matching / PTO / Opportunities for advancement - As a Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions; Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner; Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies; Monitor and track accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections; Communicate with clients to address any billing inquiries or concerns; Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable status to management; Facilitate the collections process by contacting delinquent accounts and arranging payment plans as needed; Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable; Update and maintain customer information in the company database; Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
