Crew is a Columbus-based e-commerce company specializing in innovative, craft-focused solutions for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and bartenders everywhere. We operate two distinctive brands—Crew and Garny—both poised for rapid growth in the coming years.

We're looking for Fulfillment Specialists to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and customs documents
• Receiving deliveries – offloading & storing inbound shipments
• Perform quality checks and inventory inspections

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet – requires walking, carrying, reaching, standing, etc.
• Ability to learn the basics of ERP systems and shipping software (label printing)
• Someone who is dependable and detail-oriented

Nice-To-Haves:

• Previous warehouse/fulfillment experience
• Interest in growing into a full-time position
