Located in Galena, OH, we are dedicated to modernizing agricultural solutions through advanced technology with our custom application and spray drone sales departments.

Role Description

This is an on-site role in Galena, OH for a Spray Drone Ground Crew team member. The role involves supporting drone operations, including loading drones, coordinating flight logistics, maintaining equipment, and assisting in the application of agricultural treatments. Responsibilities also include communicating effectively within the team and with customers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on drone systems. The individual must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position is mainly over the summer but we offer part-time, year round positions which include social media management, welding, marketing, sales, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and client interactions
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy for operating drone software and managing digital tools
• Basic understanding of Aircraft and Aviation systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and operate equipment safely
• Prior experience in agriculture or drone operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in drone operation or agriculture are advantageous
• Part 107 is required within 3 months of hire
