About the Role

We are seeking a visionary ChiefInvestment Officer specializing in quantitative cryptocurrency trading, especially within the XRP and DeFi markets. In this key leadership position, you will shape and execute innovative trading strategies that will enhance our algorithmic design, optimize risk, and automate processes. We need a leader who merges the rigor of traditional finance with the fast-paced advancements in blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Your primary mission will be to scale our digital asset management and wealth management services, significantly growing our assets under management (AUM). Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in quantitative trading or portfolio management, evidenced by successfully managing teams with substantial AUM. Expertise in algorithmic trading, on-chain data analysis, and strong technical proficiency are critical for this role.

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, experience in vendor management, and the capability to represent the firm publicly. A solid background in both cryptocurrency and traditional institutional markets is essential as you help us achieve our ambitious AUM growth targets.
