Site Superintendent
2026-03-27 ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions Columbus,OHSite Superintendent Columbus, Ohio Salary: $85,000-120,00+ (BOE), Vehicle Allowance, Benefits, PTO, 401k, Bonus Projects: Commercial, Light Industrial, Multi-Family - Ground up and Interior Build Outs Summary: This position serves as both a leader and coordinator, managing various projects, at multiple job sites, within the organization. Project Superintendents perform a wide variety of supervisory and field activities relative to project execution, administrative, drawing conformance, scheduling, project close-out, budget adherence, contract and subcontract administration, coordination, cost control, and document control In addition, this position is responsible for quality control, safety and customer coordination and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks
Oversees all Field personnel and activities.
Manage workload effectively; prioritizing items based on the demands of the project(s).
Schedules each project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Studies project plans and specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
Generate and distribute RFI's accordingly, including pricing into a change order if applicable.
Assist with close-out documents including as-builts, warranties, etc.
Support change order pricing efforts.
Support estimating efforts, including soliciting subcontractor bids, reviewing proposals and assembling bids to clients.
Review shop drawings for coordination with trades and compliance with contract documents; expedite and approve submittals and shop drawings.
Responsible for quality and cost control.
Develops comprehensive daily field reports.
Organizes and conducts weekly safety meeting with Field Personnel.
Anticipates supply usage, places orders, organizes and keep supply inventory.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and clean job site.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience and Requirements:
Four-year construction management degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.
Minimum 3 years construction supervisory experience preferred.
OSHA 30 hour certificate.
Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
Ability to interact with others clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication.
Proficient in Procore, Word, Excel, Project and Blue Beam
