What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities by selling natural gas, electricity, and related energy services to commercial and industrial clients within deregulated energy markets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls (approximately 90% phone, 10% face-to-face) to identify and pursue revenue opportunities
  • Prepare and present detailed savings analyses and energy solutions tailored to prospective clients' needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and client accounts to enhance sales effectiveness and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Leverage a consistent work ethic, professional communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to drive growth
  • Participate in training programs and utilize company-provided resources to maximize performance and career advancement

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with proven experience in a sales-driven, inside/outside sales environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively educate and influence clients
  • Comfortable learning new processes quickly and efficiently while utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet performance metrics
  • Results-oriented with a passion for closing deals, building long-term relationships, and exceeding sales targets
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a "can do" attitude and a strong desire to be challenged and succeed
  • Demonstrates a competitive mindset, self-motivation, and a consistent drive to win and deliver measurable outcomes
