At IBC Tote Recycling LLC, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers outstanding career growth potential with a structured leadership track, allowing you to advance into an Account Executive role within just 6 months.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary mission is to identify and secure sources of used and recyclable Gaylord boxes across the United States. Through consistent outbound prospecting, you'll connect with warehouses, manufacturers, and distribution centers that generate surplus bulk boxes and help them convert excess inventory into revenue.

You'll play a critical role in building and expanding our national supply network—onboarding new vendors, increasing the reuse of Gaylord boxes, and supporting a more efficient and sustainable packaging ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business via calls, email, and social outreach
• Identify companies with surplus Gaylord boxes
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of vendors
• Hit (and exceed) monthly targets

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Cold calling experience
• Freight, logistics, or transportation industry experience (Recommended)
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Benefits:

• Base: $52,000
• Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
