Role Description

The School Director is a full-time, on-site position located in Columbus, OH. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students, and supporting teachers in implementing Ivybrook Academy's curriculum. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring staff, fostering family partnerships, maintaining compliance with educational standards, and implementing training initiatives. The Director will serve as a leader and advocate for the school's mission, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for all children.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Education
• Demonstrated abilities in Educational Leadership and leading teams
• Experience in Training and Coaching educators to achieve success
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and maintain a positive school environment
• Experience in early childhood education is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
