Trinity Health - 5300 North Meadows Drive - Responsibilities: Visits all patients as assigned assisting the patient or family member with menu selections; Responds to patient needs, requests in a timely manner; Demonstrates knowledge of special modified diets using department policies and procedures to assure patient receives the diet ordered; Computer skills: Effectively utilizes all appropriate systems: Patient Care System, CBORD Diet Office Management, Palm Pilot for Bedside Menu Entry, ATK and Personal Registrar; Checks patient trays for accuracy during meal service
