Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a REMOTE Class Action CSR to join their team. As a REMOTE Class Action CSR, you will be part of the customer support department, assisting clients with high-volume inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: REMOTE Class Action CSR
Location: St Paul, MN
Pay Range: $21
Shift: 9AM EST until 8PM EST (8-hour shifts)
What's the Job?
Provide high-quality customer service support via phone and written communication
Assist clients with inquiries related to class action legal cases
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions
Handle high-volume call center tasks efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
What's Needed?
Perfect English skills, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work during scheduled hours from 9AM to 8PM EST
Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
